NO TRIP
The EZ Charge “No Trip” design series is unique in the EV charging access industry. The unit allows for the separation of the components to ensure that the sidewalk remains clear from obstructions caused by cords stretched from vehicle to the access point. Almost every city or municipality has ordinances for keeping sidewalks clear from obstructions that present a tripping hazard or from preventing handicap access. Pedestrians should not be forced to walk around vehicles or into parking lots just because the sidewalk has several cords placed over the walkway. Children on bicycles or skateboards will almost certainly stray into unsafe situations if they can not travel down a sidewalk that is now impassable due to cords.
The “No Trip” also allows for the placement of several access points to be place curbside while providing a centralized location for the control box and access point activation. With solid steel construction available in sizes from 2x2 to 4x4 the EZ Charge NO TRIP will not be reduced to scrap metal if hit by a careless driver like other devices made out of thin weak aluminum.
